This website is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through the contact form, how it's used, and your rights over it.
What We Collect
What you provide when you use the contact form: your name, email address, the content of your message, and the topic you select. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't collect anything beyond what you choose to send us.
If you accept cookies via the banner on this site, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how people navigate between them. This data is anonymised and aggregated, and is never combined with anything you submit through the contact form.
Why We Collect It
Solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We never use it for marketing, never sell it, and never share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
How Your Message Is Handled
Contact form submissions are received and stored in our email inbox, hosted by Hostinger, our web hosting and email provider. No one else has access to it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep contact form correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry and any related follow-up, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time, see Your Rights below.
Cookies
This site uses a cookie banner asking whether you're happy for us to use Google Analytics. Your choice, accept or decline, is stored in your own browser and is never sent to or stored by us. If you decline, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. If you accept, Google Analytics cookies are set to help us understand how visitors use the site. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@activelearnerdriving.co.uk.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
If This Changes Further
If we introduce other features that collect personal data in future, we'll update this policy again to explain exactly what's collected and why, before those features go live.
